The iHeartPodcast Awards 2025 took place last week, celebrating the biggest and brightest names in the world of podcasting. Hosted at SXSW in Austin, Texas, iHeartRadio hosted their 7th annual iHeartPodcast Awards, celebrating podcasters across almost 30 categories.
The event was hosted by Jack O’Brien and Miles Gray of The Daily Zeitgeist, and featured a star-studded lineup of presenters, including Annaleigh Ashford, Melissa Moore, Cam Jordan, Chelsea Handler, and Sophia Bush.
Some of the standout awards of the evening included the Social Impact Award, presented to sports journalist Sarah Spain; the Audible Audio Pioneer Award, given to director and film producer Dan Taberski; and the Innovator Award, which was presented to Peruvian-American novelist Daniel Alarcón.
