2. The 20th Annual Podcast Awards Are Open
Celebrating two decades of podcasting excellence, the Podcast Awards are now open for submissions. With categories spanning various genres and languages, the awards recognize both independent and major creators. 3. Audacy closes Pineapple Street Studios
Audio giant Audacy has officially closed Pineapple Street Studios, its premium podcast production arm responsible for shows with HBO, Max, and Netflix. This decision reflects Audacy’s broader strategic realignment – you can read more about the big decision here.
